EXTENDED: Pacquiao Masks for “Schoolkits For Schoolkids”

Posted on: October 29th, 2011 by schoolkidph

Great News!  The sale of the Pacquiao masks to benefit “Schoolkits For Schoolkids” has been extended until November 8, 2011. Buy your souvenir masks right in time for the next Pacquiao boxing fight at the Schoolkid Shop! and help us provide worksheets for public school students in typhoon-hit areas.

With your purchase of the mask, your name will be added to the “Schoolkits For Schoolkids” donors list.

This amazingly realistic “Pacquiao” mask is vacuum formed using impact-resistant, partially recycled plastic. It is safe for children having no PVC plasticizers. Individually hand painted using lead-free paint.

Each kit comes with a mask, eye inserts (optional use) and elastic band. It is available in kids size and adult size.

Buy now! In general, purchases from the Schoolkid.Ph Shop! go to the maintenance of this website (to keep it free for use) as well as adding funds to “Schoolkits for Schoolkids”. However, for the Pacquiao mask, all of its sale profits will go specifically to those affected by the typhoons Pedring and Quiel.

“Schoolkits For Schoolkids” is the continuing outreach project of Schoolkid.Ph. It is aimed to improve the quality of public education through the provision of school kits, worksheets and learning materials.

This project was started in September 2009, when Typhoon Ondoy made landfall and devastated Metro Manila and neighboring provinces in Luzon. It was in the rehabilitation phase that Schoolkid.Ph took effort in helping by providing many school children with school kits or supplies to get them started back again in schooling.

In early 2011, Schoolkid.Ph started donating worksheets as well to help teachers effectively teach their lessons, as their students have no textbooks on hand.

It is my hope for Schoolkid.Ph to continue and promote its advocacy for quality education with the support of the general public, especially of the Schoolkid.Ph community.

“Let’s all help our children do well in school.”
