Stop and Feel the Christmas

Posted on: December 22nd, 2010 by

It took a family excursion for me to stop and feel the Christmas, thanks to the folks of The Ayala Triangle Park. They hosted an amazing light and sound show — fluorescent snow comes to mind – completely topping last year’s debut; established some affordable eats in the area, and planted some sculptures all around the park for kids to explore. The park felt completely safe with visible security at every corner so the mood was nothing but yuletide cheer.

If you haven’t seen the Symphony of Lights at Ayala Triangle Park, please go! It’s well worth it. You have until December 23 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm (show starts every 30 minutes) to experience the fluorescent snow.

Across the street the lights were equally attention grabbing. I love how the tree lights, street lights and the office lights seem to have conspired to make a twinkling star from a simple parol.

Twinkle, twinkle little star

But my favorite is the nativity – grand, romantic yet solemn.

Cheers to the Ayala Triangle Team for creating a memorable visual feast for the whole family.
