Medication chart to help you schedule medicine taking
I’ll be going away for a few days but my youngest is still unwell. To make sure that he takes his medicine on time, I made this Medication Chart as a scheduler for his medications.
The other day I wrote about how my youngest son had high fever that reached 39.4°C . He still has fever now, though I’ve managed to keep it down below 38°C. He developed phlegm-y cough as well and now has to take antibiotics.
I have to make sure that he continues taking his medicine properly, so I made up a Medication Chart and posted it on the refrigerator door. I’m assigning the task of administering the medicine to my helpers. I’ve made the chart detailed enough for them to know what medicine to give, what dosage and when to give it.The chart is easy enough for anyone to understand.
Here is a sample of how it might look like when filled out —

I’m sharing this Medication Chart and it is placed in the Study Tools section under charts. While I would never wish for any of your kids to be sick, but if they do, I hope that this Medication Chart would be helpful.
